Interior

Ground Floor: The main external door opens onto a reception lobby. To the left is a modern family bathroom adjacent to a storage cupboard. You can access the pool and sun terraces directly via the patio doors from the lounge. Equipped with modern appliances, the kitchen also has its own external door leading into the garden.

First Floor: Stairs to the first floor lead to three double bedrooms equipped with fitted wardrobes. Two of them offer access to private balconies and share a family bathroom. However, the master incorporates its own ensuite.

Second floor: The second floor also includes a second master suite. This comes complete with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. It is also equipped with its own en-suite shower, additional storage and access to a roof terrace. This room is suitable for the young children or teenagers

Exterior

The grounds include a traditional Turkish kosk as well as garden furniture, including bamboo tables and chairs. There is also an in-built barbecue within easy reach of the kitchen, ideal for al-fresco dining in the warm summer months.

On-street parking is available. However, access to the grounds on foot is via a short exterior stairway leading to the main gate. The terraced gardens include mature shrubs and trees. The swimming pool is situated at the front of the house, where it is screened from surrounding homes.
