Spacious Private Villa in Ovacik is located in Ovacik neighbourhood of Fethiye, which has taken its place among the world-famous holiday centres. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has a total accommodation capacity of 8+1 people. Our villa, which is approximately 50 meters from the main road, is also a five-minute walk to markets, restaurants and other amenities. It is very popular with its proximity to Ölüdeniz and Hisarönü, which is the centre of Fethiye’s entertainment life. As our villa is well designed to be used in the winter months there is also a private swimming pool of approximately 50 m2 in the garden of our villa.

1. Bedroom: Air-conditioned double bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, bathroom and balcony. (1st Floor)

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned double bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and balcony. (2nd Floor)
4. Bedroom: It is a twin bedroom with air conditioning. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, and balcony. (2nd Floor)

Living Room:

Air conditioned. There is a TV, satellite receiver, sofa set, and dining table for 4 people in the living room. (Ground Floor) There is also wireless internet serving throughout the Villa.

Kitchen:

There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, 4 stove hob, dinner set for 8 people, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Pool:

There is a secluded private swimming pool which is 5.50 m wide 9, 00 m length; with a depth of 1.45 cm. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Private Garden:

There is a secluded swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, sitting group, table and chairs in the garden.

Extras:

The villa is delivered to the guests freshly cleaned and mid cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
