Our villa has been designed very well in a plot of 1,200 m2 for high standard uses. There are dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle (Kettle), built-in oven, 4 stove top, microwave oven, and dinnerware for 14 people, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

There is a private swimming pool with 6.40 m width 11 m in length and with depth of 1.45 m. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

The villa is delivered to the guests already cleaned and prepared. Mid cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.
