Three Bedroom Luxury Villa in Ovacik villa is located in Fethiye’s Ovacik area, which has become one of Turkey’s most popular holiday destinations. Our villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which has a jacuzzi) and can sleep a total of six people. Because of its proximity to Olüdeniz and walking distance to Hisarönü, the center of Fethiye’s entertainment life, it is very popular. Because of its proximity to the center of Hisaronu, markets, and restaurants, it is an ideal vacation option for our guests who do not have a car. Our villa has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna that is ideal for use during the winter months. Our villa, which has a private swimming pool of 30 m2 in its garden, is surrounded by a wall and fence that prevents it from being seen from the outside.

Bedrooms:

The first bedroom is an air-conditioned double room. There is one double bed, one wardrobe, one bedside table, one make-up table, one bathroom, and one balcony. (First Floor)
The second bedroom is a twin room with air conditioning. Two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a vanity table, a bathroom, and a balcony are provided. (First Floor)
The air-conditioned double bedroom is the third bedroom. There is one double bed, one wardrobe, one bedside table, one bathroom (with a Jacuzzi), and one balcony. (second floor)
The living room is air conditioned. There is a TV, satellite receiver, sofa set, and a dining table for six people in the living room. (Ground Level) WiFi is also available throughout the Villa.

Kitchen:

There is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric kettle (Kettle), a built-in oven, four stove tops, and dinnerware for eight people, including cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Pool:

There is a private swimming pool that is 4,50 m wide and 6,50 m long, with a depth of 1.50m. In addition, there is a sitting area in the pool. Pool and garden maintenance is performed once per day, either in the morning or evening. In addition, the indoor heated swimming pool has a width of 3.30m, a length of 5.50m, and a depth of 0.90 m. In addition, there is a Turkish bath and sauna right next to our indoor swimming pool.

Private Garden:

In the garden, there is a sheltered pool, gazebo, sun loungers and parasols, a sitting area, and table and chairs.

Extras:

The villa is delivered to the guests freshly cleaned, and for those staying for two weeks, a mid-stay cleaning is performed in the middle of their stay.

Important information:

Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, as our villas have gardens and are in or close distance to the nature despite the spraying there can be butterflies, bees, flies etc. We don’t guarantee 100% invisibility in our secluded gardens and pools. There is always 5% visibility possibility in these villas. Periodic infrastructure works can be done in Ölüdeniz Ovacık – Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

Breakage Deposit:

Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 55 £ / 1,000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the checkout of the villa if there is no problem such as nothing is broken, damaged or lost.

About Pool Heating:

The maximum temperature level to be reached by indoor swimming pools with heating feature is 28°C. Pool heating service is provided free of charge between 1^st of October and 1^st of May (Winter Period) at our indoor pools. Pool heating is not operated between 1^st of May and 1^st of October (Summer Period).
